Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom, with all orders sent via Royal Mail.

 

Shipping rates

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over £60. For orders under £60, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on your destination:

Europe: £10

North America: £13

Rest of the world: £14

 

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock at our UK warehouse, in which case we may need to source it from another warehouse, which can take around 5 days before dispatch.

 

We ship using Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service, so orders generally arrive within 2-3 business days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly for international orders subject to customs processing.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
